The Granary is a converted barn situated behind our 17th Century Manor House set on an arable farm with connections to Oliver Cromwell. We are one mile from Junction 13 of the M1 and equidistant from Milton Keynes and Bedford 5 Miles from Cranfield Airfield and Business School 3 miles from Woburn 30 minutes from Luton Airport and one hour from London. We have many highly recommended restaurants and pubs nearby in Woburn Aspley Guise and Salford. There are also numerous Golf Courses in the surrounding area.There are good footpaths and bridleways running through our farm connecting with the Greensand Ridge. Wildlife includes deer pheasant partridge foxes badgers and many birds.We can accommodate dogs and have grazing for horses. Our all-season tennis court is available to all of our guests.

Directions to The Granary
The Granary is a converted barn set on an Manor Farm in a secluded location. We are situated roughly 2 miles from Junction 13 of the M1. Manor Farm currently has a temporary access route until Winter 2010 due to road works. We are now accessed at the bottom of Brogborough Hill with the same access as Barrettes of Aspley. Signs for this access are along the A421 on temporary yellow and black signs. Turn left into Manor Farm if you are coming from J13 of the M1 or on the right if you are coming from the A1. You will then need to drive up our temporary drive until you reach the farm drive. Then follow the farm drive round for a further 200 metres when the main farmhouse will come into view. The Granary is then the fourth barn along on the right hand-side. Please drive past the large Granary sign and into the courtyard if you are staying with us.
